Marais is a collection of private vacation-rental homes in New Orleans,
Louisiana, built for groups of 6 to 10 guests. Every home features
commissioned art by New Orleans artists and makers; most have their own

- Exact quote for one home and one date span:

  Prices are the same as checkout; no per-guest fees. Minimum stay is
  typically 2 to 3 nights.
- Blocked dates for one home:
  GET https://staymarais.com/api/calendar?listingId=<id>&from=YYYY-MM-DD&to=YYYY-MM-DD
  → { ok, blocked: [YYYY-MM-DD…] } — dates NOT in the list are open.
- Home search by dates and group size: /book (interactive) and each
  /homes/<slug> page carries the home's facts in plain HTML.

## Booking (agents may book)

Booking is on this site at /checkout?home=<slug>&in=…&out=…&guests=N.
Human guests pay by card at /checkout and the booking is instant. Agents use
the request-to-book API instead: it takes NO payment online, so an agent can
complete it without ever handling card details:

1. Quote the stay (above) and confirm the dates are open.
2. With your traveler's explicit consent, POST their real contact details as
   JSON to https://staymarais.com/api/request-booking

(https://staymarais.com/terms) and get their go-ahead. Use their real name and
email; never submit test or placeholder requests — each one reaches a human.
