Where do we get our key information?
We’ll send you a message 3 days before arrival with check-in information including the keypad code. All of our properties use a keypad lock.
What do we do when we’re ready to leave?
When you leave, put any trash outside in the trash can. We take care of everything else.
How far in advance can we book?
We accept bookings for most properties 12 months in advance.
What is included in the kitchen?
Our kitchens are equipped with standard utensil sets, cooking sets, sauce pans, skillets and modern appliances. We also provide salt, pepper, coffee, and cooking spray.
Do you provide sheets and towels?
Of course. Think of us like a hotel. We provide bedding along with bath towels and pool towels.
Is parking available?
Free, on-street parking is available at all of our properties. In addition, some of our properties come with private off-street parking.
