“We had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. The pool was a huge hit with our family, and the overall design of the home made it a great place to relax after exploring New Orleans. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful whenever we had a question. We truly appreciated how easy they were to communicate with. We'd absolutely stay here again on our next trip to New Orleans. Highly recommend!”

Things to note before you book

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced.

For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located by the front door and back doors of the house; the pool/hot tub are within the coverage area of the device. All cameras are exterior only.

Per City of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) . This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke.

Monday and Thursday morning pool cleaning and landscape maintenance: On Monday and Thursday mornings (between 8am-11am) Jose comes to check the chemicals and clean the pool and Lauren comes (every other Thursday) to do landscape maintenance.

Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.
