The space
Backyard / Pool
The house features an expansive backyard complete with a year-round heated pool featuring in-pool loungers. The pool area is surrounded by ambient lighting at night and outdoor speakers, alongside an outdoor TV, a grill, a custom-built table, and a lush garden filled with tropical plants.
**POOL IS OPEN YEAR ROUND (OPTIONAL Pool Heating: $150/night (Oct-May), $100/night (June-Sept). Pool heat is not included in the pricing. The pool can be heated either to a hot tub temperature or lowered to a comfortable warm temperature for your enjoyment.)**
Living / Dining Room
Inside you'll find a spacious living and dining room that features plenty of seating, a 75" HDTV, and another custom built dining table that can seat 10 people.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, featuring expansive counter space perfect for hosting. Appliances include a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and a large refrigerator with filtered water and an ice maker. A dedicated coffee bar stocked with local coffee is also provided.

There are three bedrooms on the main level. Two bedrooms on the lower level. Seven beds total.
Three full bathrooms, with one featuring a claw bathtub. Bathrooms are equipped with essentials.

“Our stay was fantastic! The house was very clean and very spacious, perfect for our group. Backyard with the pool was a lifesaver after spending time in some heat! Easy and fast to get bourbon st and French quarter. Had a small market across the street to get all of our snacks and drinks. Great hosts, we would definitely stay here again!!”

“We had a nice stay at this location. It’s a typical New Orleans city home. It’s relocated is to get around from as with most New Orleans city homes they’re typically in diverse areas. We experienced those issues and we would easily stay again. We enjoyed the pool and the layout of the home. There’s only one TV in the family room so if TV is in the bedrooms are a thing that may pose a problem. We would stay again.”

Things to note before you book
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced.
For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located by the front door and back doors of the house; the pool is within the coverage area of the device. All cameras are exterior only.
Per City of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) . This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke.
Monday and Thursday morning pool cleaning and landscape maintenance: On Monday and Thursday mornings (between 8am-11am) Jose comes to check the chemicals and clean the pool and Lauren comes (every other Thursday) to do landscape maintenance.
Pool heat is available from October-May at $150/night, and June-September at $100/night. Pool must be heated for entirety of stay. Please note if the overnight air temperature falls below 40 degrees the pool will not be able to maintain heat.
Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.
