The space
You'll be enjoying the entire house and private backyard/ pool area.
The Backyard/ Pool
The backyard is a true oasis complete with a spacious pool (heated during the winter), an extra large dining table, a chef's grill, and a 75" outdoor TV.
The Dining Room
The dining room has a large custom built dining table that can seat 10 people. The focal point of the room is a massive tryptic of a Pelican that overlooks the dining table.
The Living Room
The living room has comfortable chairs, a large sectional, a 85" HDTV, and another incredible triptych.
The Kitchen
The kitchen has a large refrigerator with an ice maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. A coffee bar with local coffee is provided.
The Bedrooms
All five bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses, crisp hotel-quality percale sheets, full length mirrors, and blackout curtains. Each bedroom has plenty of hooks and hangers for your clothes and towels.
The Bathrooms + Laundry
The bathrooms feature Malin + Goetz amenities. There are multiple ironing boards and irons.

“Absolute must stay for a large party. We were fortunate to receive early check in and late check out which was HIGHLY needed. Very responsive with any questions or concerns. The ac unit upstairs stopped working they sent someone out the same day and it was fixed ! Pool was the absolute cherry on top. We had a party of 6 and the uber XXL was $15 to get to bourbon or I believe there is a bus stop right out front. Toiletries are available in every bathroom. Just an overall amazing experience.”
“my husband and I stayed - first time in Louisiana & found Samuel's place - truly enjoyed it as if we were at home; close to Downtown so we were able to drive, or take the tram/ bus where we needed to go; the pool was amazing to enjoy at night after a long day; I have recommended to friends Samuel's place; we bought groceries & ate in; used the grill at night; pictures are true to fact & the home is very spacious so as a Couple we enjoyed immensely but would love to go back with friends/family; highly recommend!!!!”

Things to note before you book
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced.
For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located by the front door and back of the house. These are exterior only.
Per City of New Orleans regulations, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) . This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke.
Monday and Thursday morning pool cleaning and landscape maintenance: On Monday and Thursday mornings (between 8am-11am) Jose comes to check the chemicals and clean the pool and Lauren comes (every other Thursday) to do landscape maintenance.

Central City, New Orleans. The exact address comes with your booking confirmation.
The house is centrally located between the French Quarter and Garden District. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance and you'll be a five minute walk from the famous St. Charles Streetcar which you can take to both the French Quarter and Garden District.
Streetcar: We're a 5 min walk to the St. Charles Streetcar which goes to both the French Quarter and Garden District.

Parking: There's free on-street parking and you're allowed to park overnight.
