A reunion works when nobody is driving between hotels. The homes below sleep ten across five bedrooms, with a dining table built for the house and a kitchen stocked for a real meal. Grandparents get a door that closes. Kids get the pool.
Each is a private house, painted and furnished by New Orleans artists. Larger families can take two homes, or move up to The Syd or CastleDay, which we also run. Pick dates to see live rates.

- Most homes take children and infants; the Canopy and the Satsuma House do not. Each home page lists its rules.
- A Pack n Play travel crib is listed at twelve of the fourteen homes; the Satsuma House and Zen Paradise do not list one.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, outside included.
- Occupancy is the number on the listing. It is monitored and enforced.
- Minimum stay is two or three nights depending on the home. Festival weeks can run longer.
How many people fit in one Marais home?
Up to ten. Every home on this page has five bedrooms. For a family of 11 to 25, The Syd has six villas around one pool; CastleDay holds up to 30.
Is the pool supervised?
No. It is a private backyard pool, like one at home. Supervise children at all times. Pool and hot tub chemicals are checked on Monday and Thursday mornings.
Can two families book two homes near each other?
Yes. Four of the homes share one pool and sit beside each other. Email hello@staymarais.com with the dates and headcount and we will suggest pairs.
