Jazz Fest 2027 runs two weekends: April 22 to 25, and April 29 to May 2. The Fair Grounds are in Mid-City. A full day at the Fest ends with sore feet and a need for a pool, a shower that is not shared with a hallway, and a kitchen for the morning.
Every Marais home is listed below. Dates for weekend one are already in the search; change them for weekend two, or for the week between when the clubs book their best nights.

- Minimum stays can be longer around the festival than the usual two or three nights. The booking page shows the real minimum for your dates.
- No parties or events. A group staying in the house is the point; a guest list beyond the house is not.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, outside included.
- Occupancy is the number on the listing. It is monitored and enforced.
- The Fair Grounds are in Mid-City. Bird of Paradise and Modern Swamp are the two Mid-City homes; the rest are in Uptown or Central City.

How far are the homes from the Fair Grounds?
Bird of Paradise and Modern Swamp are in Mid-City, the same neighborhood as the Fair Grounds. The other homes are in Uptown or Central City; plan a ride each way. We do not quote distances we have not measured.
Is there a minimum stay for Jazz Fest?
Every home has a two or three night minimum year-round, and it can be longer around the festival. Enter your dates on the booking page and each home shows its live rate and minimum.
