The whole group in one house, with a pool out back.
A friends trip to New Orleans does not need a hotel lobby. It needs a kitchen for the morning, a pool for the afternoon, and a living room where all ten of you fit on the sectional. The homes below have their own pool, heated in winter and chilled in summer.
Each is a private house, painted by New Orleans artists, with a bed for everyone. Pick dates and the live rate for each home appears on the booking page.
Private pool, or a pool shared between neighboring Marais homes.

Five-star reviews from the booking system, quoted as written.
“Perfect location for a group of 9. Super clean and well maintained. The pool was exactly what we needed after a long day walking around the city. Would stay here again!”
“Awesome place with an amazing backyard. Great for groups. Host were super awesome and communicative. Would definitely recommend!”
“Our stay was fantastic! The house was very clean and very spacious, perfect for our group. Backyard with the pool was a lifesaver after spending time in some heat! Easy and fast to get bourbon st and French quarter. Had a small market across the street to get all of our snacks and drinks. Great hosts, we would definitely stay here again!!”
- No parties or events. A group staying in the house is the point; a guest list beyond the house is not.
- Occupancy is the number on the listing. It is monitored and enforced.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, outside included.
- Pool cleaning happens Monday and Thursday mornings. The pool stays open; someone is in the yard for an hour.
- Minimum stay is two or three nights depending on the home. Festival weeks can run longer.
What does "shared pool" mean?
Four homes sit beside each other and share one pool between them. It is private to those homes, not open to the public. The card on each home says private or shared.
Is there a minimum age to book?
Guests who book must be adults. The Music Box requires the booking guest to be 21 or older; other homes list their own rules.
Can we add a crawfish boil or hibachi night?
Yes. Both can be set up in the backyard. See the services list on the recommendations page and ask when you book.
