Mardi Gras 2027 is Tuesday, February 9. The biggest parades roll the weekend before, February 4 to 7, along St. Charles Avenue; Lundi Gras and Fat Tuesday follow. Parade days are long, and the house matters: a kitchen for the early breakfast, a pool heated for February, and a bed for every person in the group.
Every Marais home is listed below. The search is pre-filled for Friday through the morning after Fat Tuesday; change it to suit. The Uptown is a two-minute walk from the parade route on Napoleon Avenue; for the others, each home page carries its own listing text.
